If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Tags should still be on garments. The refund will include the retail price paid, plus any applicable sales tax, to the credit card on the original order. Can I get a price adjustment on an item I've already purchased?
As an online business our prices change in response to fashion trends, stock, promotions and demand from customers. This does mean an item can change in price after you've purchased it. If we permanently reduce the price of an item you purchased, we will happily adjust the sale price at your request within 7 days of your shipment date. The item must be the same color and size and must be in stock.
Price adjustments are not eligible on special promotions,such as those that occur during special sales events, such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday. including %'s off (e.g., 10%, 20%, and 30% etc.) and $'s off. Previous purchases are not eligible for price adjustments - starting a week before the Thanksgiving and the week following (11/21/19 – 12/8/19)
